During a trip to Calgary I trekked several kilometres on the huge trail system that exists there.
Much of the trail runs along the Bow River through various types of terrain and is used by walkers, cyclers and rollerbladers, many of whom are commuting to or from work.
In most cases it is our tax money that helps to maintain these amenities so let's take advantage of what is made available and get out and enjoy nature.
